Typically this search generates approximately 200 companies, which are then scrutinized for qualitative factors such as:

• Superior business model.

• Exceptional management team with experience, integrity, and equity ownership, defensible, sustainable competitive advantage.

• Strong fundamentals, conservative accounting, superior cashflow, and consistent growth of revenues and earnings.
